Who You Are • A strong cross-functional collaborator, able to balance diverse stakeholder needs (Editorial, Licensing, Product, Finance, Growth). • A strategic thinker who can balance short-term optimization with long-term vision. • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and takes smart risks. • Experienced in translating statistical and financial insights into actionable business recommendations. • Skilled in defining success metrics, testing hypotheses, and interpreting statistically significant results. • Curious about how AI can enhance catalog strategy, and eager to experiment with prompting techniques and AI-driven tools to improve insights and efficiency. • Comfortable working with large datasets and dashboards in tools like Tableau; experience with SQL, BigQuery, Python, or R is a plus. • Have at least 2+ years of experience in the music, podcast, video, book, or video gaming industries. • Hold a four-year college degree.
