About the position Responsibilities • Lead the development and maintenance of scalable, efficient applications using the Decisions.com platform. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to turn requirements into functional solutions. • Write, test, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and statements independently. • Participate in monthly deployment and release cycles, occasionally requiring Saturday morning availability. • Track project time accurately and consistently using internal tools. • Contribute to optimization efforts—making applications scalable, maintainable, and high-performing. • Support junior developers with guidance and code reviews. • Identify opportunities for improvement in workflows and propose creative solutions. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in low-code development. • Strong proficiency in SQL —must be able to independently write and troubleshoot complex queries. • Experience with Decisions.com low-code platform (required). • Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript is a plus. • High attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, Agile development environment. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time tracking effectively. Nice-to-haves • Relevant technical credentials are a plus. • SQL certification is a plus.
