Role Overview We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to own and scale our end-to-end logistics operations. This role is responsible for managing international and domestic logistics, inventory planning, 3PL relationships, and compliance across multiple beverage categories. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has worked inside beverage, alcohol, or CPG logistics and knows how to operate across borders without chaos. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain & Logistics Operations Own end-to-end logistics from production facilities to distributors, warehouses, and customers Manage domestic and international freight (ocean, air, ground) Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment across multiple SKUs and markets Build scalable SOPs for logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment International Trade & Compliance Manage import/export operations across the U.S., Mexico, Europe, and other markets Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, customs requirements, duties, and tariffs Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory partners Maintain documentation for FDA, TTB/ABC, SAT, EU import requirements, and labeling logistics 3PL & Partner Management Select, onboard, and manage 3PL warehouses and fulfillment partners Negotiate contracts, rates, and SLAs with logistics providers Monitor performance KPIs: cost, service levels, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy Act as the operational point of contact for distributors and key partners Cost Optimization & Reporting Identify and execute cost-reduction opportunities without sacrificing service quality Track logistics KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership Support financial planning related to inventory, landed costs, and cash flow Scaling & Systems Implement or improve systems for inventory, logistics tracking, and reporting Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations to support growth initiatives Prepare logistics infrastructure for new brand launches and market expansions Qualifications Required 5+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations Direct experience in beverage, alcohol, wine & spirits, or CPG Proven experience managing international logistics and imports/exports Strong knowledge of 3PL operations and distributor networks Experience with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and compliance workflows Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Strongly Preferred Experience with alcohol regulatory environments (TTB/ABC, FDA, EU, Mexico) Experience scaling logistics for a growing or premium brand Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Bilingual English/Spanish What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months) Logistics operations are predictable, compliant, and cost-efficient Inventory is well-planned with minimal stockouts or overages 3PL and freight partners are optimized and clearly accountable International shipments move smoothly with minimal delays Leadership has clear visibility into logistics costs and performance Apply tot his job
