This position can be done remotely or in our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers to help them resolve their issues • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Identify and report trends in customer issues to improve overall customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Experience working in a customer service or support role • Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools Preferred Skills: • Experience with CRM systems • Knowledge of product or service offerings • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
