This program involves rotating through various engineering disciplines, allowing participants to develop leadership skills while contributing to significant engineering projects. Responsibilities Through a series of rotations, learn and start to lead project work. This work involves delivering value across multiple departments or global locations. To achieve this, you will contribute to planning, communication, and teamwork. Through this process, you will gain hands-on experience and develop a broad understanding of different departments For each rotation/group, develop an understanding of the strategic direction of the group and respective department; evaluate how business strategies align with the direction of the business Lead engineering work tasks within established scope, budgetary and schedule requirements. Develop competencies related to the engineering functional area of focus for the rotation.
