Lead Process Improvement Consultant - REMOTE

About the position Responsibilities • Serve as a change agent by developing, coordinating, facilitating, and leading complex Lean/continuous improvement projects aligned with ForHealth Consulting's Strategic Plan. • Lead cross-functional project teams to implement strategic initiatives. • Coach leaders on effective implementation of the Strategic Plan. • Build internal process improvement and project management capacity by designing management systems and developing skillsets of others through coaching. • Lead program strategy planning, including market analysis, cost model development, program governance, and staffing. • Integrate best practices into planning and implementation. • Oversee project management development activities for projects and programs. • Work with client leadership teams to develop and deploy implementation start-up deliverables, including charters and training plans. • Increase client base through networking and generating referrals. • Partner with Managing Directors and Subject Matter Experts to provide expert consultation on new business opportunities. • Evaluate and manage project milestones, taking corrective action as necessary. • Train and coach team members in process improvement principles and techniques. • Communicate project status, identify risks, and develop contingency plans. • Manage, motivate, and oversee project team personnel. Requirements • Master's degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, or related field; or equivalent. • 7-9 years of project management experience, including creating project plans and leading projects from kick-off to closure. • Ability to persuade and facilitate issue resolution. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills. • Ability to travel. Nice-to-haves • Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. • Certification in a nationally recognized Change Management Methodology.
