What’s in it for you? • Competitive base salary $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience • Flexible schedule - with occasional in-office trainings/meetings • Full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage • Paid time off and paid company holidays Preferred Qualifications: • Minimum of 5+ years of Workers' Compensation claims experience. • SIP certification • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. • In-depth understanding of Workers' Compensation guidelines and compliance regulations. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various database management systems. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain a current and comprehensive action plan for all assigned indemnity claims • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the California Labor Code as it applies to workers' compensation claims • Reviewing billing summaries • Identifying any signs of fraud and making proper referrals for further investigation • Pursue subrogation when necessary, and offer superior customer service to all parties involved • Ensure timely responses to all communications, addressing telephone inquiries APPLY NOW!
