We have an opening for a VIRTUAL estate planning and probate attorney that is LICENSED IN WASHINGTON STATE!
CMS Law Firm LLC is a Kirkland, WA based law firm that practices estate planning and probate exclusively. We're a systems-driven, flat-fee, virtual-first firm looking for a full-time attorney who can run matters from consult to signing confidently.
How virtual works: using tech and recent changes to the law, we are able to service estate planning and probate clients virtually throughout the entire process. Because we can, we want the best people on our team, not just those that happen to live in Washington.
What you'll do:
• Take potential client calls with warm leads (you are not responsible for generating your own business) following a proven script to provide flat-fee services.
• Handle matters start-to-finish with support from the team (we have several paralegals and legal assistants on the team to free you up to do what you do best).
• Communicate clearly with clients and keep work flowing on time.
What we're looking for:
• WA licensed attorney in good standing.
• 2+ years of estate planning/probate experience OR 4+ years of legal practice and excited to specilaize (we have a full training program).
• Comfortable selling on the phone using a script.
• Detail oriented; strong written and verbal communication.
• Can follow systems and checklists; team player, not a lone ranger.
• Wants coaching, feedback, and to keep getting better.
• You can live anywhere in the United States as long as you are licensed in WA.
What you get:
• High earning potential tied to your performance (NO requirement to bring in your own clients).
• No billable hour requirements.
• 9-4, Mon-Fri. No overtime. No weekends. No fires.
• Health insurance (medical/dental/vision).
• 401(k) with match.
• Paid vacation and sick leave.
• Virtual work with a tight, ambitious team and strong systems.
How to apply:
Email your resume and cover letter to
[email protected] - use the subject line "Virtual Attorney Application."
In your resume include any customer service experience (yes, even McDonald's). It helps.
In your cover letter, tell me:
• Why you're a strong fit for this role;
• One thing you're great at that's not related to law; and
• What you are currently reading.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
