Role Summary
The Traveler Success Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless experience for travel clinicians by supporting payroll inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, and partnering closely with recruiting and operations teams.
This role blends customer support, operational coordination, and payroll/billing assistance, requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.
Works Closely With
Recruiters, Recruitment Leaders, Payroll, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure accurate pay, compliant submissions, and a strong clinician experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinician payroll inquiries, including pay, stipends, deductions, and pay statements
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and billing discrepancies in partnership with internal teams
- Perform payroll and billing corrections while managing critical deadlines
- Support recruiting teams by preparing submission-ready resumes and ensuring candidate profiles meet client requirements
- Audit candidate documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Manage inbound communication across chat, phone, and messaging platforms
- Provide professional, empathetic support and de-escalate sensitive situations when needed
- Assist with lead engagement efforts and route qualified candidates to recruiting teams
- Maintain accurate documentation across systems and ensure compliance standards are met
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the overall traveler experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting payroll, billing, or financial inquiries
- Experience in staffing, healthcare staffing, or recruiting operations
- Experience with UKG, CRM systems, or customer communication platforms
