Present to customers and contractors/builders, achieving set company sales and growth goals while maintaining positive and profitable relations.   Duties and Responsibilities: - Actively manage a customer base to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities to provide personalized service and build long-term relationships. - Increase sales in your territory by executing personal and company sales initiatives. - Regularly visit existing customers to maintain relationships and business reviews. - Assist in preparing customer programs in your territory, managing each program from start to finish, and providing regular progress updates to the Regional Sales Manager and customer. - Increase revenue with existing customers by being a solutions provider, continually selling existing product lines, and introducing new products. - Identify and solicit new business opportunities. - Promote and help increase website usage (Storefront/Configurator). - Conduct dealer presentations and educational meetings. - Attend sales meetings, customer functions, contractor events, trade shows, and other assigned events. - Communicate effectively with the Regional Sales Manager on a regular basis. - Communicate effectively with the Siding Specialist on a regular basis to ensure strategy and efforts are aligned. - Accurately complete all sales reports on time, utilizing CRM systems to document and track sales processes. - Work effectively with internal departments (Warranty, Customer Service, Accounting, and Regional Business Partner) to provide a positive customer experience. - Ensure compliance with all company safety initiatives and Safety Observations to meet company goals.   Skills and Abilities: - Proficient presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet communicated sales goals. - Display professional behavior to all internal and external contacts in conjunction with policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook. - General working knowledge of residential construction. - Strong people skills needed to develop and sustain relationships that result in advanced sales of key products. - Utilize electronic expense and mileage report tools daily.  Education / Experience: - College Degree and/or 3-5 years of related sales experience. - Microsoft Office Suite knowledge base; any sales reporting software knowledge is a plus. - Highly developed planning and organizational abilities.   Reports to: Regional Sales Manager   Working Demands / Requirements: - Ability to sit for long periods due to the travel aspect of the position. - Must possess a reliable car and MVR that qualifies per the auto insurance requirements. - Flexibility relative to hours as travel is weekly with some overnights. - Must have reliable internet service in the home office. - Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. occasionally.   Conclusion: A WSC Territory Manager will exemplify the high standards associated with WSC.
