Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Temporary Remote Position** This is a temporary, remote position, contingent on catastrophe relief needs. As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, choosing your shifts from a weekly coverage form. Our hours of operation are from Sunday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST. You'll have the flexibility to choose the shifts that work best for you, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. **Key Responsibilities** As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs. * Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process. * Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately. * Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions. * Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries. **Computer and Network Requirements** To ensure a seamless and secure experience, we require the following: * Operating System: Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home. * Not Supported: Chromebooks, macOS, Linux, or any other operating system. * Network Requirements: + Upon hire, you must run a Speedtest from the computer you'll be working from (www.speedtest.net). + Ethernet connection is not required, but strongly recommended. + You must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations. + No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US. **Desired Characteristics** We're looking for highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
