UL Solutions has been pioneering change since 1894 and is dedicated to creating a safer world. The Technical Training Project Specialist will collaborate with training leadership to develop training calendars, manage Learning Management Systems, and increase efficiencies using approved AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical training leadership to develop and implement yearly training calendars focused on standards and product-based learnings
- Manage Learning Management Systems activities, including course creation, reporting and customer support
- Manage administrative tasks such as ordering of supplies, vendor management / creation of purchase orders, and meeting coordination
- Collaborate with technical training leadership to identify ways to increase efficiencies and productivity by utilization of approved AI tools and processes
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Some university education in training, education or technical topic
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital tools preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with Oracle-based systems ideal
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
