IDEMIA National Security Solutions (NSS) is seeking an experienced individual with diverse experience in IT to act as a Technical Support Engineer to assist our IT support team at customer locations. This role will require up to 75% travel to DoD Installations in support of NSS equipment installations and maintenance while interacting with key stakeholders and access a secure network to troubleshoot as required. Requirements General Linux experience Ability to obtain an active Secret Security Clearance Common Access Card holder Ability to access a U.S. DoD installation with Common Access Card Knowledge of DoD base access Ability to travel to designated locations for installation access Fluent in English, additional regional languages a plus High-level network understanding Linux application support Docker experience Desired bash scripting System log analysis Windows administration Powershell PostgreSQL experience Familiarity with Enterprise Ashore Enclave (EAE), formally PSNET and Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field is desired Customer focused mindset Must possess strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to communicate issues and solutions in simplified manner. Must be proactive to identify and anticipate client (end user customers/system integrators) needs and make recommendations for implementation. Must have experience in working collaboratively with business partners to effectively resolve problems.
