This role will play a critical part in deploying Tanium across both ECI's internal environment and a key client's infrastructure. The focus is on creating structure, ensuring thorough documentation, and delivering an operationally sound rollout with long-term scalability in mind. Key Responsibilities Project Ownership: Collaborate directly with Vinay (Head of Systems Services) to define and manage all phases of the Tanium implementation project. * Tool Deployment & Configuration: Work closely with the product team and vendor partners to ensure Tanium is correctly installed and configured in both ECI's and the client's environments. * Migration Planning: Develop a detailed project plan to oversee the transition of Concord's infrastructure to Tanium, covering: Windows-based end-user devices and servers Apple devices Linux servers Training & Enablement: Design and deliver a training program to ensure the SST (System Services Team) is prepared to support Tanium post-implementation. * Process Development: Establish support processes and documentation to operationalize the Tanium environment, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity. * Scalability & Road mapping: Identify and document potential future enhancements or integrations to improve the broader adoption and use of Tanium across other clients. * Client Onboarding Toolkit: Build a repeatable onboarding/transition framework for future client migrations, including timeline templates, dependencies, and training artifacts. Ideal Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager within IT infrastructure or endpoint management initiatives Hands-on experience with endpoint tools such as Tanium, SCCM, BigFix, or similar Strong background in cross-platform environments (Windows, MacOS, Linux) Excellent organizational and documentation skills with a proven ability to drive structure into undefined projects Experience working across both internal IT teams and third-party vendors Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in fast-paced, matrixed environments Previous consulting or MSP experience is a plus About Trident Trident Consulting is a premier IT staffing firm providing high-impact workforce solutions to Fortune 500 and mid-market clients.
