This role involves working with developers, product managers, and the CTO to drive project success to steer development efforts while being hands-on wherever needed. Requirements 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple projects. 2+ years of experience in software development (Node.js). Basic understanding of peer to peer systems is essential. Proven experience launching successful products. Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and good development practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience in handling developers of varying experience levels.
