Your mission Leading the technical cooperation with distributors and PV installers in Nordics and BeNeLux. Supporting the customers with all pre-sales technical & product marketing information. Working out and regularly conducting on-site and online customer trainings for JA’s distribution customers and installers. Technical product marketing. Daily technical support to customers and JA’s sales team staff Constantly update shared folders on JA products accessible for JA’s customers Certifications of JA Solar’s products in the concerned European markets, including the full understanding of relevant calculations and methods. Constantly check with the customers on future product & technology trends and demand and provide feedback accordingly. Collaborate with component manufacturers to check the compatibility of JA’s modules with other system components. Overview on competitors’ products and product roadmaps – advantages and weaknesses compared to JA’s. Your profile Degree in Engineering or Physics More than 5 years of work experience in the PV industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong technical attitude with the ability to understand customer’s needs. Fluency in English, a third European language or Chinese is a plus. Availability to travel.
