We're seeking a highly versatile and experienced Technical Operations & Lead Data Analyst to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and inform data-driven decisions. As a key member of our team, you'll report directly to our CEO and CTO, with significant leadership potential and opportunities to make a lasting impact across every department. Key Responsibilities: Extract insights and monitor key performance metrics using SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to drive business growth. Lead projects from ideation to execution, ensuring data-driven decision-making and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Streamline processes and refine workflows by working closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Product, and Design teams. Oversee the launch of new products, features, and process changes, developing launch strategies and post-launch iterations. Design and execute experiments to optimize product and operational performance, driving continuous improvement. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, engineering, or analytics roles, with a strong technical background and execution expertise. Expert-level SQL and data analytics skills, with experience in forecasting models and market analytics (a plus). Hands-on backend development experience, particularly in building data integrations and ETL processes using low-code and AI tools. Keen attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights and drive decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and driving collaboration. A creative, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for efficiency, process automation, and continuous improvement.
