Communicate with clients to understand their technical issues and provide efficient and effective solutions. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Work closely with the team to identify and address client needs and provide timely resolutions. Utilize fluency in Japanese to communicate effectively with clients and provide a high level of customer service. Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and resources for both internal and external use. Participate in training and knowledge sharing sessions to stay updated on current technology and product offerings. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the client experience. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Take initiative and show a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the team and company. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information and handle all data with integrity.
