Job Title: Team Lead | Marketing & Social Media Strategy
Reporting to: Director of Marketing
Role Overview
As the Team Lead | Marketing & Social Media Strategy, you will help drive the strategic direction, execution, and performance of Fulton Grace’s agent and corporate social media initiatives. This role oversees a small team of marketing support specialists and ensures all campaigns, content, and channel strategies align with overarching agent and corporate business goals and brand standards.
You will act as both a strategic architect and team leader—guiding high-level campaign planning, mentoring team members, and partnering cross-functionally to elevate brand presence and agent success. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, creative vision, data fluency, and executional and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Help lead the development of integrated, multichannel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, agent growth, and business performance.
Partner closely with the Director of Marketing to define quarterly and annual marketing priorities.
Translate company goals into scalable marketing initiatives across digital, social, email, paid media, and offline channels.
Establish and enforce brand voice and messaging consistency across all outputs.
Oversee and collaborate with agents to understand their individual branding and marketing goals to support their brand growth across multichannel campaigns.
Team Management & Development
Directly manage and mentor your team, providing guidance on execution, prioritization, and professional development.
Delegate and oversee day-to-day marketing tasks while maintaining accountability for overall output quality and performance.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Social Media & Content Strategy
Lead the strategic vision for all organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring growth, engagement, and brand differentiation.
Oversee the content calendar and ensure a cohesive mix of brand storytelling, agent promotion, and audience engagement.
Guide content creation direction including video, UGC, and campaign storytelling.
Identify emerging trends and platform opportunities, adapting strategy proactively.
Help lead social media and marketing group trainings alongside other members of the marketing department.
Oversee and execute content strategies for agents participating in Fulton Grace’s managed social media program.
Campaign & Project Oversight
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Act as the first escalation point for complex projects to ensure successful delivery.
Help elevate projects and issues to the Director of Marketing as needed.
Performance Analytics & Optimization
Help define KPIs and measurement frameworks across all marketing channels.
Analyze performance data (engagement, reach, conversion, CPA, etc.) and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Continuously optimize campaigns, content strategies, and channel investments based on performance insights.
Report on marketing effectiveness to leadership with clear, actionable insights.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
Play a key role in market research efforts to identify trends, competitive positioning, and audience behavior.
Help introduce new tools, platforms, and tactics to keep Fulton Grace at the forefront of real estate marketing.
Drive experimentation and innovation across channels, especially in social and video content.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry, with demonstrated team management experience.
Deep expertise in social media platforms, content strategy, and audience growth.
Strong background in multichannel marketing strategy, including paid and organic channels.
Proven ability to lead campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and marketing platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding, storytelling, and content quality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining strategic focus.
