As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) on the Strategic Account Services (SAS) team, you will be at the forefront of this mission, partnering directly with a curated portfolio of 15‑20 high‑potential sellers to accelerate their growth and enhance program satisfaction. Core Responsibilities Strategic Account Management - Manage a focused portfolio of 15‑20 arenaflex sellers, driving sustainable revenue growth through deep knowledge of marketplace programs, tools, and processes. - Develop and execute joint business plans that align seller objectives with arenaflex KPIs, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. - Conduct regular Business Reviews (WBRs, MBRs) with each seller, presenting performance metrics, identifying trends, and co‑creating actionable improvement plans. Data‑Driven Consulting & Optimization - Analyze seller data across listings, selection, supply chain, advertising, and promotions to uncover untapped revenue potential. - Provide prescriptive, data‑backed recommendations that improve conversion rates, advertising ROI, and overall marketplace visibility. - Implement and monitor success metrics—such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth, advertising spend efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores—and use these insights to steer continuous improvement. Prospecting & Expansion - Identify, qualify, and onboard new high‑potential sellers for the SAS program, leveraging a clear understanding of seller pain points and arenaflex’s value proposition. - Champion arenaflex’s paid services offering, contributing to process enhancements, tool creation, competitive analysis, and sales enablement initiatives. Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with internal teams—including Product Management, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Technology—to ensure sellers receive comprehensive, seamless support. - Serve as the voice of the seller within arenaflex, translating field insights into actionable recommendations for product and policy teams. Essential Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client‑facing roles within a digital or e‑commerce environment. - 2+ years of hands‑on experience with digital advertising platforms, campaign optimization, and performance reporting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization) and a comfort with large data sets. - Demonstrated ability to analyze performance drivers, synthesize insights, and articulate strategic recommendations.
