Role Description This role involves developing and maintaining our Swift-native iOS app, which is relied upon by hundreds of thousands of patients across North America. Design and ship new patient-facing features in our Swift-native iOS app Maintain a crash-free, high-performance codebase through refactors and performance tuning Automate testing (unit, snapshot, UI) and own our CI/CD pipeline for reliable releases Collaborate daily with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end value Drive architectural decisions, balancing speed and quality to deliver an optimal time-to-value Champion security, privacy, and accessibility best practices across the app Qualifications 3+ years building production iOS apps in Swift Strong understanding of data structures, networking, memory management, UIKit/SwiftUI rendering, GCD/async code, and reactive programming with Combine Experience with unit, snapshot, and UI tests and value CI/CD pipelines that catch issues early Ability to iterate with small, cross-functional teams Knowledge of security and privacy standards (HIPAA, TLS, Keychain, encryption at rest) Clear communication skills and ability to provide candid code reviews Requirements Experience working in a regulated domain Strong communication skills to keep stakeholders in the loop Benefits Equal Opportunity Employer Commitment to diversity and creating an inclusive environment
