WHAT WE'RE DOING Technical Cost Management (TCM) applies its unique and powerful combination of analytical and technical skills to increase RMS revenue and profit growth. TCM integrates and synthesizes data from diverse sources to drive extraordinary business results. TCM exists to change the cost / value curve at RMS. THE WORK In this role you will 1. Find relevant engineering and programmatic data and use it to develop and manage detailed cost estimates for various projects ranging from detail parts to entire systems 2. Provide guidance on cost engineering best practices to program managers and other internal stakeholders 3. Support the development of negotiation positions and support Supply Chain in discussions with suppliers 4. Identify and implement improvement opportunities in a collaborative team environment 5. Use cost model outputs to ensure program decision makers are able to make informed decisions 6.
