Join Our Team of Innovators and Shape the Future of Data Management We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Engineer to lead our Master Data Management efforts and drive data excellence across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and implement large-scale data management solutions, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and accurate master data that fuels our business growth. Job Summary: In this critical role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute our Enterprise Master Data Management strategy, providing expertise in match & merge, survivorship rules, business rules, and data governance. You will configure master data rules, analyze UI/workflow requirements, and ensure data quality by implementing ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute Enterprise Master Data Management strategy and roadmap for Healthcare Customer Master, Affiliations, Product, Plan Payer domains Provide expertise in match & merge, survivorship rules, business rules, and data governance Configure master data rules, analyze UI/workflow requirements, and ensure data quality Implement ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment to best practices and standards Collaborate with Data Stewards and troubleshoot errors in Informatica MDM and IDQ Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: Doctorate Degree OR Master's degree with 4-6 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR Diploma with 10-12 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field Proficiency in Informatica MDM or Reltio MDM platform Proficient in one of the coding languages (Python, Java, Scala) Hands-on experience writing SQL using any RDBMS (Redshift, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, etc.) Experience with Schema Design & Dimensional data modeling Experience with software DevOps CI/CD tools, such as Git, Jenkins, Linux, and Shell Script What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary, remote work opportunities, and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and innovation.
