Our customer is hiring a Software Engineering Line Manager — with at least 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional software engineering teams in BI, Data Science, EDW Engineering, or Data Integration. This is a contract-based position (1 year) with the possibility of extension. Candidates must reside in Puerto Rico, United States or Central America; experience in telecommunications (Telco) companies is highly preferred. Requirements • Proven experience providing strategic leadership to cross-functional software engineering teams. • Strong understanding of BI, Data Science, EDW Engineering, and Data Integration concepts and best practices. • Experience aligning technical solutions with enterprise data strategy and customer objectives. • Ability to manage, mentor, and develop engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile development processes. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. • Advanced degrees or certifications in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields are highly desirable. • Experience in the Telco industry is a strong plus.
