Our team is looking for a Software Development Manager to join them. You will report to the Director of Engineering and will have a 9/80 hybrid, work schedule in Arvada, CO. To be considered for Software Development Manager, heres what youll need to bring with you: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar. 10 years of Software Development 5 years of experience being a technical leader or manager for an aerospace company either space or aircraft environment 5 years of experience with VxWorks or other RTOS (Real-time Operating Systems) 5 years managing Software Development Schedules 5 years working in an Agile Environment As a Software Development Manager, you will: Mentor Developers; Lead small and medium size Teams; Prioritize team tasking; work directly with customer to ensure features and changes are captured; manage short term and long term staffing.
