Platform9 is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join its team working on cloud-native product suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, have worked on cloud-native technologies, and have a willingness to learn new technologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field. Experience with programming in Python, Golang (preferred). 5-10 years of experience in a software development role. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Kubernetes is a plus. Prior experience with OpenStack/DevStack is also a plus. Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals with willingness to learn and build products in the cloud computing and virtualization space. Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems. Developing distributed systems and SaaS products. Should be conversant with essentials of data networking. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
