Looking for an Small Cell RF Engineer (Remote)- Must be in the USA Only W2 candidate Not accepting C2C candidates Key Responsibilities: Support NCIF (Node Configuration Information File) creation Review proposal designs with financial acumen and understanding of fiber scope Lead in-building DOT (radio) deployments including COP review and RSRP coverage analysis Manage market/vendor design intakes, inquiries , and coverage analysis Create and manage RFDS documents Work cross-functionally with market RF teams and stakeholders Qualifications: Previous experience deploying small cells (as Construction Manager or Project Manager ) Familiarity with Extenet or Crown Castle fiber/small cell orgs Strong understanding of RF propagation and design principles Hands-on experience with Atoll T-Mobile experience preferred (especially Metro by T-Mobile ) What you didn’t know about us : Competitive salary Health, Dental and Vision Benefits Long-Term growth potential 401k With this position, you will get the opportunity to work with a game changing client and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry!
