Slack Enterprise Architect (Coding Focus)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Slack Enterprise Architect (Hands on coding) Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Slack as a collaboration platform across the organization. The consultant will work with business and IT teams to streamline workflows, integrate apps, and ensure best practices for governance, security, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and administer Slack workspaces.
Integrate Slack with enterprise apps (Salesforce, Google Workspace, O365, etc.).
Develop automation, workflows, and bots to enhance productivity.
Define governance, security, and compliance policies.
Train users and drive adoption across teams.
Requirements:
10 years of experience in collaboration tools; 5+ years hands-on with Slack.
Strong knowledge of Slack APIs, workflows, and app integrations.
Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and governance in Slack.
Ability to partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into Slack solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
