Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and configuration of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
- Support the implementation of workflows, forms, and UI policies
- Participate in code reviews and testing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Maintain documentation for development and configuration work
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues under supervision
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0 – 2 years of experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Internship or academic project experience with ServiceNow
- Exposure to Agile development practices
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
