As a Senior Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure architectures, identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, and promoting a culture of security across the organization. As a Senior Security Engineer, you will lead a team of security engineers in identifying and mitigating security threats, designing and implementing secure architectures, and promoting a culture of security across the organization. Responsibilities: Lead a team of security engineers in identifying and mitigating security threats Design and implement secure architectures for Disney+ Hotstar products and services Conduct penetration testing and code reviews to identify vulnerabilities Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent security breaches Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of security across the organization Provide security training and awareness programs for employees Develop and maintain security metrics and reporting to measure security posture Requirements: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on security 3+ years of experience in leading security engineering teams Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and architectures Experience with penetration testing, code reviews, and vulnerability management Strong leadership and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field About Us: Disney+ Hotstar is India's leading streaming platform, offering a wide range of content in 18 languages.
