Senior Salesforce Administrator, Channel

Job Description: • Customization & Configuration: Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce and a PRM using Flows, validation rules, and other declarative tools to support partner lifecycle management. • PRM Ownership: Configure and optimize partner portal experiences, partner account hierarchies, deal registration processes, and partner user management. • Partner Attribution & Tracking: Build and maintain systems for accurate partner attribution across the opportunity lifecycle, ensuring proper tracking of partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals for commission calculation and performance reporting. • Partner Data Management: Monitor and maintain data integrity for partner accounts, opportunities, and activities; execute regular data audits and manage updates across partner systems. • System Optimization & Maintenance: Manage platform releases, assess impact on partner-facing functionality, and perform ongoing system performance improvements. • Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective troubleshooting for Salesforce and channel tool issues, resolving technical problems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous system performance. • Cross-Functional Enablement: Collaborate with Channel Operations, Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions that scale with partner growth. • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across channel teams by clearly communicating system capabilities, project progress, and technical trade-offs. Requirements: • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with demonstrated expertise in declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, approval processes, etc.). • Hands-on experience managing Partner Relationship Management (PRM) portal solutions. • Preferred: Experience with Impartner platform and integrations. • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and channel process alignment. • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions. • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party channel tools and maintaining system governance. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills—able to translate technical concepts into clear business language and build trust across functions. • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certifications a plus. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship. • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
