The Impact You'll Make In this role, you will: Develop and lead a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and career growth opportunities Drive process improvements to enhance the quality of engineering deliverables and efficiency of tracking within the product lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PMO, Finance, Design, and Product, to identify and prioritize process improvements Provide executional guidance and support for your team's projects, simplifying complex technical issues and unblocking teams Partner with peers to strengthen the craft of Technical Program Management and drive organizational change Your Expertise To succeed in this role, you should have: 13+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years of experience leading and mentoring a team of TPMs Proven ability to drive change within an organization, navigating ambiguity and achieving goals Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience working with engineering teams and iterative development best practices Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, with a proactive and curious approach to problem-solving What We Offer Airbnb is committed to working with the broadest talent pool possible and providing a disability-inclusive application and interview process.
