Requirements: 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales capacity, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing and mentoring high-performing teams (hiring, training, and retaining top talent) Strong domain expertise in areas such as Data Science and Machine learning, Data Warehousing, Cloud Computing, and SaaS Solutions Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to both technical and executive stakeholders — whether on a whiteboard, through live demos, or formal presentations Consultative sales approach: Ability to understand complex business challenges and map them to Snowflake’s cloud data platform and solutions Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Strong strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to manage complex deals from initial discovery to close.
