Requirements 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience using DBT in production. Strong experience in modern data stack tools: DBT, Airflow, SQL, cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). Experience designing modular, scalable DBT projects (using packages, macros, exposures, sources, etc.). Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema, dimensional modeling). Comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions. Ability to thrive in face-moving, client-facing environments and diplomatically handle challenging conversations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD workflows, and development best practices.
