About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Data Analytics Consulting & Delivery Leader with 15+ years of experience driving large-scale data strategy, analytics, and transformation engagements across industries. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver, client-trusted advisor, and a thought leader capable of architecting innovative solutions, guiding teams, and scaling analytics practices to deliver measurable business impact.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will:
• Lead high-visibility analytics engagements end-to-end
• Influence C-suite and Senior client stakeholders with strategic insights
• Build and grow delivery excellence across data analytics platforms and frameworks
• Champion advanced analytics, data governance, and data-driven cultures
What You ll Do
Client Engagement & Advisory
• Lead dynamic client engagements, translating complex business problems into actionable analytics programs
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CXO and executive stakeholders, driving data-led business transformation
• Advise clients on analytics strategy, data governance, data architecture, and organizational readiness
• Elevate client confidence through thought leadership, clear articulation of value, and trust-based relationships
Delivery Leadership
• Own delivery for various analytics programs, ensuring high NPS/CSAT delivery
• Guide cross-functional teams including data engineers, analytics architects, data scientists, and business analysts
• Establish and enforce best practices for methodology, quality assurance, and performance reporting
• Promote reusable frameworks, accelerators, and repeatable engagement models
Thought Leadership & Innovation
• Drive point-of-view development on emerging analytics trends (AI/ML, modern data platforms, analytics automation)
• Lead intellectual capital creation: whitepapers, case studies, frameworks, and solution blueprints
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client forums
Business Growth
• Contribute to proposals, solution design, and pricing strategies
• Expand service offerings by identifying new client needs and market opportunities
What We re Looking For
Experience & Expertise
• 15+ years in data analytics, consulting, and delivery leadership roles
• Deep experience in data strategy, BI, advanced analytics, data engineering, and AI/ML initiatives
• Proven success leading complex analytics engagements with C-level engagement
• Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems: cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), and data governance technologies
