Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Proven experience in data engineering or related roles, with a focus on designing and building secure data systems in cybersecurity or similar industries. Strong proficiency with programming languages, such as Python, Java, or Scala. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-based data services (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, S3, etc.). Expertise in building and maintaining ETL processes. Familiarity with data security protocols and techniques, including encryption, secure data transfer, and access control mechanisms. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including data protection, threat detection, incident response, and risk management. Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL), data warehousing solutions, and modern data pipeline frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt). Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: 1+ year of experience with Informatica. 1+ year of experience with SQL. 1+ year of experience with data warehousing solutions.
