As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales across Southern Europe, owning the full customer lifecycle from first engagement through closing and expansion. This is a hands-on role where you will build your own pipeline, lead complex sales cycles, and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients. You will play a key role in shaping how GetVocal grows within strategic accounts and delivers long-term value. What you’ll do: - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and expansion across enterprise accounts - Build and develop your own pipeline through outbound efforts, partnerships, and market engagement - Act as a strategic advisor to clients, building strong relationships across multiple stakeholders including C-level - Lead complex sales processes, aligning internal teams and resources to ensure successful execution - Drive adoption and long-term value post-close, ensuring successful deployments and identifying growth opportunities - Identify and expand within accounts through new use cases, departments, and automation opportunities - Communicate value through clear business impact, storytelling, and strategic conversations Requirements What we’re looking for: - 5+ years experience in enterprise sales within startup or scale-up environments - Strong track record selling complex, technical products to enterprise clients - Experience building pipeline independently and owning outbound efforts - Strong understanding of AI, data, infrastructure, or related technical environments - Ability to navigate technical discussions and work closely with pre-sales teams - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial skills - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with high ownership Benefits What we offer - High ownership and autonomy - Diverse, international team across Europe - Exposure to cutting-edge AI, voice, and enterprise deployments - Fast-paced environment with strong learning curve - 25 days holiday + public holidays - Private healthcare (based on country- but for France it's 50% coverage for you, and 100% Coverage for your kids - Swile (France only) - Pension contribution - ESOP/VSOP (shares)
