We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team at Lexipol, a leading provider of market-leading content and technology for law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections, and local government professionals. As a Scrum Master, you will play a vital role in facilitating the scrum process and ensuring the team's success in delivering high-quality software products. About the Role In this role, you will serve as a servant-leader for our software development teams, guiding and coaching them in adopting and implementing agile principles and scrum practices. You will facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and progress tracking. Your goal will be to foster a collaborative environment that promotes commitment, predictability, transparency, self-organization, and accountability.
