Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Remote Work Type of Employment: 12+ Months Description; Requirements • Process minded, able to generate refined output from general concepts • A self-starter with the ability to think critically, multi-task, and keep up in a fast-paced environment. • A motivated, results oriented, team player who can successfully collaborate with multiple personalities and communicate with all levels of the organization • Able to work under tight deadlines with a high attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • 5+ years experience in identifying and implementing process improvements, providing data analysis and managing cross-department project teams and/or outside vendors • 3+ years acting as a developer for a Salesforce CRM instance • Salesforce.com Admin Certification or equivalent hands on experience as a Salesforce administrator • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications • Working knowledge of SQL, FileMaker, Tableau and/or other data analysis tools • Experience using data driven methods to analyze and solve business situations • An understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion • Experience working in a software sales environment and/or with international subsidiaries/distribution partners • Working knowledge of database creation and management • Exceptional knowledge and experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Apply Job!
