Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Development: Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and more. Technical Excellence: Utilize your deep understanding of Salesforce best practices to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of developed solutions. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Collaboration: Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and other developers, to deliver comprehensive solutions. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and stability of Salesforce applications. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, code documentation, and development processes. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer, with proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or others are a plus. Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs is beneficial. Prior experience in a consulting environment and working with nearshore/offshore teams is a plus.
