Job Description: Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr • The Salesforce Administrator will own the day-to-day administration and strategic evolution of the Salesforce Service Cloud platform supporting customer service operations. • This role is responsible for configuration, automation, reporting, data integrity, and integration support, while collaborating closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. Requirement/Must Have: • Strong experience administering Salesforce Service Cloud. • Experience with user management, configuration, workflows, custom objects, page layouts, and automation. • Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure. • Experience leading Salesforce-related projects from initiation to delivery. • Experience ensuring data integrity, compliance, and platform security. • Strong stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skills. • Experience working cross-functionally with developers and engineering teams. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Experience: • Experience configuring workflows, automation, custom fields, and integrations within Salesforce Service Cloud. • Experience integrating third-party tools (e.g., telephony/CTI platforms such as Amazon Connect). • Experience conducting security reviews, release updates, and system health checks. • Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation. • Experience managing vendor relationships with Salesforce and other integrated platforms. • Experience evaluating AI and automation capabilities within Salesforce ecosystem. Responsibilities: • Administer and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud for support operations. • Configure workflows, layouts, custom fields, and integrations to enhance service efficiency. • Assess system and process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. • Maintain data integrity, compliance, and platform security. • Lead Salesforce projects including integrations, upgrades, and process improvements. • Develop real-time and historical dashboards and reporting solutions. • Gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals. • Serve as the primary communication point for Salesforce updates and enhancements. • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation. • Explore new technologies, especially in AI and automation, to enhance support capabilities. • Collaborate with CX leadership to shape the Salesforce technology roadmap. Strongly Preferred: • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Admin II). Nice to Have: • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or other Salesforce cloud certifications. • Experience integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce (telephony/CTI, call routing, screen-pop, call logging). • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist. Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Project management and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Strong understanding of platform scalability and governance best practices. Qualification And Education: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field required. • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification strongly preferred.
