Role Summary
Results-driven Commercial Operations professional supporting global Media & Content activities across billing, contracts, reporting, and financial processes. Responsible for ensuring accurate revenue tracking, invoice management, accounts receivable oversight, and maintenance of key operational data to support commercial performance and cash flow. Acts as a cross-functional liaison across Commercial, Finance, HR, and Audio teams, providing operational, analytical, and administrative support to ensure efficient and compliant business operations.
Location: Spain or UK
Remote Options: This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract and will be fully remote.
What You’ll Be Doing

Contracts Management: Maintain organized airline media and content contracts, ensuring accurate storage and supporting multi-region execution and signing processes.

Billing Reconciliation: Partner monthly with Commercial and Account Management teams to reconcile Salesforce billing (IRIS and BAU), verify accuracy, update records, and coordinate with Billing to ensure timely invoice completion.

Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders across departments, approve vendor invoices, and expedite payments to ensure timely processing and compliance.

Accounts Receivable Reporting: Produce and distribute weekly AR reports highlighting overdue balances and 3rd party CSP follow-ups to support collections efforts and issue resolution.

Invoice Tracking & Billing Calendar: Oversee the end-to-end billing cycle, maintain the billing calendar, and ensure invoices are issued in line with the monthly deadline.

AP Invoice & Tech Fee Support: Support accounts payable reconciliations for technical fees, ensure accurate client recharges in line with contractual terms, and facilitate resolution of outstanding invoices.

Operational Trackers Management: Maintain and update key operational trackers, including SLA performance, revenue loss, billing status, and monthly flight levels.

Benchmarking Support: Assist with quarterly benchmarking exercises, maintain centralized records, and provide ad hoc performance analysis upon request.

Weekly Commercial Reporting: Compile and distribute weekly highlights from global Commercial teams to provide leadership visibility on key updates and performance.

Daily Cash Reporting: Share daily cash collection reports with the Media & Content team to ensure visibility into collections performance.

RFP Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for RFP processes, including gathering and consolidating required documentation and information.

HR Operational Support: Assist HR with operational and administrative requests as needed.

Audio Operations Support: Support Audio team operations, including maintaining fleet count trackers, assisting with label and publisher reporting, and contributing to ad hoc projects such as rate card updates and fee analysis
