Position Overview – Retail Customer Service Representative (Pawnbroker) As a Retail Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you are the face of our brand. You’ll greet customers, assess pawned items, process sales and loan transactions, and ensure every interaction reflects our high standards of professionalism and respect.
