Job Description:
• Ensure customer satisfaction while advising on and up-selling our fleet of vehicles
• Greet and guide all customers through the car rental process
• Prepare rental agreements and advise on optional extras
• Handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
Requirements:
• Motivated by customer service and sales
• Experience from sectors such as sales, service, or tourism
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the US and not require work authorization sponsorship
