DHE Computer Systems is a fast-growing, family-owned company looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel their next phase of growth. The SDR will connect with schools, government organizations, and commercial clients to generate new opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers (K-12, higher ed, SLED, and commercial)
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team
- Manage and track all activity in HubSpot (calls, emails, follow-ups, pipeline)
- Build and maintain prospect lists and outreach sequences
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Account Executives, and leadership
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move them through the funnel
- Hit daily/weekly activity and meeting-setting goals (expect ~60–100 calls/day)
Skills
- Strong communication skills (you're confident on the phone and in email)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with cold calling (this is a core part of the role)
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Experience with HubSpot or CRM tools is a plus
- Interest in sales, technology, or building a career in business
