As a Release Technician/Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the release and deployment of our software applications, ensuring seamless execution and resolving any issues that may arise. Position Overview: Company: Workwarp Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package Position: Release Technician/Engineer - Night Shift (Remote) Location: Remote (work from home) Timings: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 pm PST to 5:00 am PST Responsibilities: As a Release Technician/Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include: Nightly deployment validation for North America and Canada company-owned stores Monitoring deployments using Marimba and performing remediation based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Supporting software deployments overnight and troubleshooting deployment failure issues Triage failures and verifying that endpoints have successfully installed software based on compliance reports Communicating issue resolution to release and deployment teams Performing maintenance and system configuration support for endpoints Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience with R/D support tools like Marimba, SCCM, or similar Windows 7/10 administration level for troubleshooting logs Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python PoS domain experience Critical and analytical thinking skills Flexibility to work during US night hours We're Looking for: US Citizens, Green Card holders, TN, GC EAD, and H4 EAD are encouraged to apply.
