Responsibilities
• Applies strong knowledge of end-to-end operational workflows, pain points, and regulatory or governance considerations
• Identifies viable opportunities for analytics, automation, and LLM-enabled improvements
• Uses practical experience with Generative AI and LLM applications (e.g., prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, Python-based prototypes)
• Focuses on applied problem-solving rather than advanced machine learning research
• Builds prototypes leveraging Python, SQL, cloud-based LLM services, and modern data platform tools
• Partners with engineering and data teams to validate data, refine requirements, and ensure scalable design
• Breaks down complex problems, analyzes root causes, and structures analytical approaches
• Uses quantitative evidence to support recommendations
• Works closely with operations, product, engineering, and data teams
• Contributes to requirements definition, design reviews, and prototype evaluations
• Synthesizes complex analyses into clear insights, summaries, and stakeholder-ready outputs
• Analyze current operational workflows to identify opportunities for LLM-based automation, analytics enhancements, or process optimization
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop Python-based AI prototypes using cloud services
• Evaluate LLM output quality, test and refine prompts, and support technical teams in shaping production-ready requirements
• Participate in the design and testing of generative AI prototypes, retrieval-based workflows, intelligent agents, and AI-enabled decision support tools
• Prepare insights, feasibility assessments, and recommendations to inform product direction and business case development
• Assess new data sources, validate data quality, and ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards
• Support cross-functional working sessions, requirements gathering, and documentation of solution designs
Skills
• 3–5 years in analytics, data-driven problem solving, or AI/automation-focused roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong analytical capability
• Domain fluency in operational workflows
• Technical proficiency with Python and cloud data ecosystems
• Ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end operational workflows, pain points, and regulatory or governance considerations
• Practical experience with Generative AI and LLM applications (e.g., prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, Python-based prototypes)
