Â Â Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled AWS Contact Center Engineer to support us in the pre-sales phase of the project and potentially later in the implementation/building of the solution based on this service... In particular, we are looking for a person who will help us with: Â Designing and implementing solutions based on AWS services such as Amazon Connect, AWS Sage Maker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q and other AWS services especially in the area of AI/ML Â creating and optimizing contact flows (Contact Flows) in Amazon Connect, including the implementation of interactive IVR systems, Â Amazon Connect integration with CRM systems and external applications using API, Â creating solutions based on AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex and Polly that support automation and customer service, Â configuration of CI/CD environments, and monitoring infrastructure performance using CloudWatch and X-Ray, Â implementing process automation using Terraform and CloudFormation and Bash/Python scripting languages, Requirements: What we expect? Â Experience working with Amazon Connect and other AWS services, especially in the area of ??AI/ML Â Knowledge of integration solutions in the field of Contact Center, ability to connect Amazon Connect with CRM systems, Â Proficiency in one of the scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Bash.
