They are seeking a Patient Access Center Data Analyst I to analyze scheduling patterns, service levels, patient utilization, and financial modeling to identify access gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze scheduling patterns, service levels, patient utilization, and financial modeling to identify access gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Create accurate reports, dashboards, and analyses that support leadership decision-making
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business teams to enhance patient experience and optimize capacity management
- Provide patient access data and reporting to the PAC Management Team and other departments as directed
- Develop systems and processes foundational for reporting and analysis
Skills
- Experience in data analysis, decision support, medical economics, healthcare informatics, or managed healthcare
- Solid understanding of provider scheduling, appointment workflows, visit types, and patient access metrics
- Proven ability to analyze and report on business units, products, or service lines
- Strong analytical/modeling skills to convert raw data into actionable business insights
- Equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating ability to succeed in healthcare analytics
- Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in healthcare organizations
- Understanding of financial modeling within healthcare operations such as utilization metrics and payer mix
