Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant to lead business conversations, drive process automation, and deliver innovative solutions using Oracle Financials, Purchasing, and related modules. As a highly process-oriented individual, you'll work closely with business teams, Oracle developers, database administrators, and other stakeholders to drive success. Key Responsibilities: Lead business conversations to identify pain points and process automation opportunities Develop, implement, and support business solutions in Oracle R12 E-Business Suite environment, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Subledger Accounting, Assets, and Cash Management Collaborate with Oracle Support for knowledge and issue resolution Perform fit-gap analysis, create test scripts, and lead system testing and user acceptance testing Ensure adherence to IT controls and alignment with IT strategies Manage application life cycles, including release planning, maintenance, and small to mid-size projects Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of experience as a Technical/Functional consultant in Oracle Applications 11i/R12 Expertise in Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, CM, INV, OM, and Oracle Manufacturing modules Strong working knowledge of RICEW, OBIEE reports, OAF Reports, XML Publisher, Toad, and SQL Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive salary package Remote work arrangement Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team Professional growth and development opportunities Location and Details: Remote work arrangement Immediate or maximum 30-day notice period Employee and payroll with Everforce Software India Pvt.
